We offer one bedroom/one bath and two bedroom/two bath apartments in a variety of floor plans.  Pricing, square footage, pictures and other details for each individual floor plan can be found below.

Amenities in each apartment include dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, self-cleaning oven, ceramic cook top, refrigerator w/ice maker, programmable heat/ac controls, washer/dryer, ample cabinets, counter space, and lighting, built-in cabinetry in bath and walk-in closets and abundant windows with great views. We provide gated private parking, keypad-controlled access to the building and a covered patio/grilling area.

Security deposits are $400 and $500 depending on the floor plan.  Rental application fees are $35 per adult.  Included with the monthly rent is water, sewer and trash fees, tenants are responsible for electric, renters' insurance, internet and cable TV (our building is wired for Spectrum.)
