We provide gated private parking, keypad controlled access to the building and a community covered patio/grilling area.
We offer one bedroom/one bath and two bedroom/two bath apartments in a variety of floor plans. Pricing, square footage, pictures and other details for each individual floor plan can be found in the "Photo Gallery" tab. Security deposits are $400 and $500 depending on the floor plan. Rental application fees are $35 per adult. Included with the monthly rent is water, sewer and trash fees, tenants are responsible for electric, renters' insurance, internet and cable TV (our building is wired for Spectrum.) The Holt is a non-smoking building as well as being a pet friendly community. Contact our Leasing Office for pet breed and weight restrictions along with current pet fees and deposits.
